Late last year, we decided to get out of the rental business and sell all of them at once. I thought it a daunting task, but Wayne and Freddie took our challenge in stride.

There were cases where repairs needed to be made, painting had to be done, etc. If I didn't have a tradesperson "at the ready," they stepped up with someone who could get the job done. I ended up putting their person on my "to go list." All the work got done without delaying anything.

Bottom line: They were able to sell and close all of the houses to our complete and unqualified satisfaction. There is always a hitch somewhere, but it was always handled professionally and efficiently. I was never out of the loop and participated in each and every decision. Total time from listing to closure of the final house was four months! I had concerns that two of them would sell at all, but they did. One of the "problem houses" sold for cash in 6 days.
